Influencers of the mid-60s British Invasion, The Who, are undeniably one of rock’n’roll’s most iconic bands. Spanning a career of over 50 years, they have received countless numbers of awards and accolades. In 1990 they were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and by 2005 UK Music Hall of Fame followed suit by inducting them as well. In 2006, The Who were also the first to receive the annual Freddie Mercury Lifetime Achievement in Live Music Award.
